It is an increasingly successful drink, especially among women, for its sensuality, softness and delicacy. It is prepared by mixing grape pomace with lacteal components.

Tasting note

It has a cream-toasted colour, similar to coffee with milk, caramel bouquet on the nose and rich in nuances on the palate, thanks to both its creamy, sweet- soft texture and its taste which reminds toffee candies with vanilla and cinnamon notes. It is advisable to take it cold or with ice, although it is also perfect for mixing it with coffee.
